A healthy colon and body cleanse will leave you feeling refreshed and full of energy again. It can also help you lose weight and prevent disease. A healthy colon and body cleanse should be done between four to eight times a year, and there are signs your body sends you when it is time to colon cleanse again. If this seems a bit to invasive for you, you can instead opt to do it at home by yourself with a short fast and an intake of very high density fiber. There are recipes for this, or you can buy fiber supplements specifically developed for this purpose.
Colon cleanse benefits greatly outweigh the perceived negatives to it. Colon cleanse benefits are many; at the moment you are carrying inside you up to fifteen pounds of compacted "waste". Enemas can be extremely uncomfortable, and colon cleanse diets never get as much as the other two methods. A colon cleanse supplement allows you to cleanse on your own terms and feel the full colon cleanse benefits.
